My partner Casey and I are honored and excited to offer personal and group dance retreats focusing on ecstatic dance and movement meditation. Depending on your interests and desires we integrate ecstatic dance, Taoism, and other movement meditation practices. Each dance retreat is created to focus on your soul & spirit - your body, heart and mind connected and in motion.
Experience a dance retreat in the high desert this year, surrendering to the expansiveness of your own dance.
The cost of a personal dance retreat is a sliding scale according to your income (starting at $300.00/day) and can include:
- daily ecstatic dance and movement meditation sessions
- a herbal consultation & written recommendations
- Taoism,Taoist Patterning, and Taoist Retreat Services
- guided hikes mixed with sitting &/or movement meditation & qigong
- organic meals
- lodging
