My partner Casey and I are honored and excited to offer personal and group dance retreats focusing on ecstatic dance, movement meditation and other movement arts. Depending on your interests and desires we integrate ecstatic dance, Taoism, and other movement practices. Each dance retreat is created to focus on your soul & spirit - your body, heart and mind connected and in motion.
A personal or group retreat can include:
- Daily ecstatic dance and movement meditation sessions
- A herbal consultation & written recommendations
- Taoism,Taoist Patterning, and Taoist Retreat Services
- Mid-Life Transformation Counseling
- Tai Chi, Yoga and Nia movement sessions

Hawaii Personal Dance Retreat & Ritual Rates
- Includes organic meals (please let us know what your food preferences are), lodging & two daily movement sessions (can include a special ritual)
- Some Big Island activities are included depending on retreat dates
- 50% deposit to hold dates; balance due at check-in
- The rate for a 3-day personal (one individual) retreat is $950.00
