An uplifting Sunday morning dance class that leaves participants renewed, inspired and ready for the week!  Come together in community and dance, sweat and pray yourself to ecstasy!

This is a self-guided dance so come with the intention to take yourself on, taking full responsibility for your dance and embracing the discipline to be a free spirit.

Arrive on time.  I start the warm up music ten minutes early so please arrive and warm up your body.

Keep moving.  No matter how small the motion.  Find it and follow it.  You may be tired, bored or dislike the music but don't let that stop your motion. As with life, their are infinite obstacles that we let stop our motion.  Yet, the motion is where the magic is.

Minimize words.  Please minimize the use of words on the dance floor.  Toning and other vocal sounds that come from your dance and the motion of your body are welcome.

Please help create a safe, judgment-free, and sacredly held container for motion.  This is an opportunity to dance, to move as a meditation, to experiment with the motion of your own body.  You may dance on your own, with a willing partner or find yourself in a small group.  You may connect to something bigger than yourself and the room.  Respect boundaries.

Enjoy your Dance! Even when you feel stuck in the same old motion or their is discomfort or you feel you can't possibly dance another second...the invitation is to continue to let your dance have its say, to move you...so that your dance can change...can break through the old patterns, release the discomfort, and even receive a second wind.
