This sweet monthly dance is where I continue to find the big heart and love of my conscious dance practice.
This movement meditation is an opportunity to find freedom in your own ability to feel and move with anything and everything that arises in your body, heart and mind! The practice encourages moving with a grounded body, continual center, focus, abandon, grace and ease.
Free of guidance (other than a welcoming circle, a sacredly held container to hold you in your dance and music to inspire/challenge you) moving meditators often find it takes a great deal of discipline to be a free spirit!
There is no experience necessary,
just a willingness to move and be moved!
