Hilo Ecstatic Dance is a sacred calling to dance your own dance, authentically and spontaneously.  It is an invitation to ground yourself in your own body, release, and let your spirit fly!

Hilo Ecstatic Dance is a safe, judgment-free, non-verbal and sacredly held container for motion. 

Hilo Ecstatic Dance is facilitated and deejayed.  Movement suggestions may be given but you are free to dance your dance. 

Hilo Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to dance connected to your self, to others and to the universal spirit.  It is a time to explore, create and respect boundaries.

Hilo Ecstatic Dance is a journey through an ecstatic wave of motion with two hours of diverse music as your guide.

Treat yourself to an ecstatic barefoot boogie in a supportive community of kindred dancing spirits!
