Join us for a gentle introduction to meditation in motion.  This Saturday morning Peace Wave is a time to set our intentions to Peace - physical peace in our own bodies, emotional peace in our hearts, and thoughts of peace in our minds.  In this way - moving in a peaceful body, feeling with a peaceful heart and thinking peaceful thoughts - we are more able to follow a path of peaceful action.  We take real peace out into our life, community and the world. 

We will start with a gentle self-guided warm-up and circle for intentions.  We begin our dance with slower and quieter music that draws us into our bodies so that we may take this hour and a half to focus on the motion of our unique physical presence.  

Our personal dance becomes a source of discovery, wonder and healing.  As we dance over time, we fill our own bodies more fully, feel our emotions more fluidly, and think with more clarity.  We are truly ourselves - inspired to live our life with more joy, grace and peace.   

Open to teens and adults of all ages, bodies and physical ability.  

All levels of experience welcome.
